  20.  Tidbit Ski can not be modified in any respect, for any reason,

  22.  reverse engineering of Tidbit Ski. The screens and all
  23.  of the menus, help files, and start up files must never be altered,
  24.  removed, bypassed, or disabled by any means.

  27.  of Tidbit Ski to others subject to the above restrictions and also
